Casamidy, the chicest wrought iron furniture & decorative pieces handmade in San Miguel de Allende.
This showstopping event at Marta de la Rica’s home to celebrate the launch of her new book ‘A vocabulary of colour’. I must admit I’ve never even dared to try one of La Veste’s iconic striped trousers (convinced I’d look like a rogue circus act) but this event with the brand’s iconic stripes taking over tables, waiters and even bar carts was a visual thrill. I haven’t been in IKEA’s website for a while but I was pleasantly surprised to see this rather chic Laundry Basket with wheels.
The wonderful (and always inspiring) world of artist Mary Nelson Sinclair
My friends Jorge and David’s whimsical ‘Folie au Jardin’ in their own words ‘a piece of pure garden escapism, somewhere to sit and allow your mind to wander without rules or inhibition. Completely impractical in many ways, but utterly compelling.’ Bespoke versions available to order through @folieaujardin_brownrigguk at Brownrigg.
The giant crab in this project by Authentic Living Comporta stole my heart! Francisco Nogueira photography.
